EZ Base Manhole Forms
Set-Up / Stripping and Maintenance Procedures

Setting Procedure:

1. Set form on clean, level surface.
2. Oil core, pallet, shoveling plate and jacket forms.
3. Place reinforcing steel and void forms if required.
4. Rotate actuator clockwise to lock core collapsers and step pins into place.
5. Set jacket form and lock with JL507A jacket locks.
6. Place liftplugs in place.
7. Verify everything is locked and secured.
8. Pour concrete, vibrate as required.
9. Screed off concrete at top of form.

Stripping Procedure:

1. Rotate actuator counterclockwise to collapse core and retract step pins.
2. Remove liftpins.
3. Lift jacket and concrete off core.
4. Roll over with roll-over trunnions. (Safety Note: Stand clear when product is rolled over). 
5. Release jacket locks and remove jacket (roll over jacket to pour position).
6. Begin new setting procedure.
