To prevent block cracking in the center web of your concrete block products, check the bushings and shafts on the vibrator motor mounts to be sure they are round. If they are egg-shaped, replace the bushings. Also, if you over-tighten the core bars, this will bow the bells in and crack the web (refer to service bulletin number 96-4).
