Semi-Automatic Strapper with Powered Strap System

The Besser semi-automatic strapper is an economical solution for producers who strap products on an as needed basis. It provides load compression for a tighter package and increases operator efficiency. It can be located either in line with the cuber or off line so that a fork truck can deliver cubes to it as required.

• 60" (1524 mm) powered roller conveyor with hydraulic drive and hand valve control is capable of handling up to a 50" (1270 mm) wide load

Optional Enhancements

• Corner lock material is dispensed by four lever operated dispensers. Manually operated heat knives cut the corner lock material at desired intervals.
• Top cover roll dispenser applies plastic to the top of strapped load. A heat knife cuts the material at programmed intervals. Maximum plastic width is 40" (1016 mm).
• Bottom cover roll dispenser applies plastic to the bottom of the strapped load. A heat knife cuts the material at programmed intervals. Maximum plastic width is 40" (1016 mm).
