Molds for Wet Cast Manhole Form Equipment

Besser offers a full line of durable wet and dry cast manhole form equipment in virtually any size or shape. Our forms are built with features to profitably manufacture quality manholes. In addition to the wide standard line selection, we manufacture any shape and size to meet any specification required. Our forms are fabricated from heavy steel plate with channel reinforcing and heavy lifteyes.

Jackets (or Outer Forms)
For Concentrics, Eccentrics, Risers and Bases

Fabricated from heavy gauge steel, precision-rolled and reinforced with channels. The standard jacket consists of two pieces, each with mated edges to assure a smooth, tight joint. The rugged jackets are equipped with quick-action, adjustable locks designed to simplify the use of the forms, as well as to insure production of the highest quality concrete products. Single-piece jackets are also available, and are used primarily for ease in overhead stripping. The single-piece jacket utilizes a combination jacket expander and locks to hold the unit open during the stripping process.

Cores (or Inside Forms)

Engineered for easy, long-lasting use. They are fabricated from heavy steel plate into a single opening, one-piece design. The seam has beveled mated edges for a smooth, tight joint. The cores feature the time-tested Besser internally-mounted core collapsing device which locks and unlocks the core. A half turn of the locking bar collapses the core for easy stripping from the cured concrete product.

Grade Ring Battery Forms

Designed to produce multiple sections of grade rings from a single pour. The forms are available with a two-piece or three-piece outer jacket, and will produce grade rings ranging in heights from 2" to 8". Flat pallets or Keylock pallets are also available.

Eccentric and Concentric Forms

Besser Eccentric and Concentric Forms are designed to produce cone sections to meet your specific requirements. Both forms are available in either a two-piece or one-piece jacket. The time proven collapsible core is used in this engineered form. Besser sales and engineering can incorporate features to enhance your specific requirements.
