Paving Stone

Solid interlocking paving stone units have the unique ability to transfer loads and stresses laterally by means of the bridging action that occurs between units. Heavier loads and traffic are accommodated by this simple application that would normally require concrete heavily reinforced with steel.

Paving stone are just as easily removed as they are installed. Such simplicity provides immediate access for construction activities such as utility line repairs. Once the project is complete the paving stone are replaced to their original appearance with no visual signs of construction.

As shown on the table (below), solid interlocking paving stone range in thickness from 2-3/8 to 4 inches.

 Numerous patterns can be created with solid stones in an assortment of shapes, sizes and colors. The most popular pattern is the herringbone which provides maximum interlocking effect (shown left).
